Proxies for review and website change monitoring
Reviews, terms pages, stock levels and landing pages change without announcement, and often only in one market. Check them on a schedule from the country each page is written for, and catch the change on the run it happens.

The problem
What goes wrong without the right IPs
The page you are diffing is the wrong one
A monitored URL that geo-redirects returns your region's version every run. The diff stays clean while the page you meant to watch changes underneath it.
Frequent checks look like a bot from one address
Hourly polling of the same URLs from one IP is the clearest possible pattern. Spreading checks across a pool keeps a monitoring cadence from becoming a rate-limit problem.
Review sets are personalised and paginated
Sort order, featured reviews and translation default to the visitor's region, and pagination often carries state. One exit per pass keeps a set coherent; a changing exit re-sorts it under you.
A missed window is a missed change
If a run is throttled and skips a cycle, a price that moved and moved back is simply invisible. There is no backfill for a page that no longer says what it said.
Monitoring is small but constant
A few kilobytes per check, thousands of times a day, for years. Per-request pricing punishes exactly this shape; per-gigabyte pricing barely notices it.
Setup
Recommended setup
Monitoring is the cheapest workload we serve — small pages, high frequency. Stay on the cheapest pool that the target accepts.
| Plan | Role | Session | Targeting | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
ARC Basic Rotating ISP | Default for scheduled checks Our lowest price per GB, and a change check is usually a few kilobytes of HTML. This is where a monitoring fleet belongs unless a specific target argues otherwise. | Rotating | Country, optional city | €0.75 / GB €0.59 at 1 TB (−21%) |
ARC Fast Rotating residential | For review platforms and rendered pages Residential exits where a consumer IP changes what is shown, with a sticky handle so a paginated review set is collected as one visit. | Sticky, 10 minutes per pass | Country + city | €2.00 / GB €1.12 at 1 TB (−44%) |
Prices are list prices in EUR, excl. VAT. Volume discounts apply automatically at checkout — full ladder on the pricing page.

Assumptions
- URLs monitored
- 1,000
- Checks per URL
- 24 a day
- Page weight
- 80 KB of HTML, assets blocked
- Pool
- ARC Basic, rotating
- Bandwidth per month
- ≈ 58 GB
On ARC Basic
€42.34per month, excl. VAT
58 GB bought in one purchase at €0.73 / GB (−3% volume rung, applied automatically).
The same 58 GB on ARC Fast: €97.44 at €1.68 / GB. Route only the jobs that need it through the pricier pool.
Conditional requests cut this further: if the target honours ETag or If-Modified-Since, an unchanged page costs a header exchange rather than a body.
Bandwidth never expires, so a bigger single purchase is only ever cheaper per GB. See the ladder.
