Proxies for ad verification and ad testing
You bought an impression in Munich on a phone network. Verifying it means requesting the page from Munich, on a phone network, and looking at what actually rendered — the creative, the placement and what sits next to it.

The problem
What goes wrong without the right IPs
Geo-targeted buys can only be checked in the geo
A campaign bought for one country is not served to any other. Checking it from the agency's office confirms nothing except that the office is not in the target market.
Mobile inventory is a different buy
Carrier traffic is targeted separately and often carries different creatives entirely. A residential line cannot see a placement sold against mobile inventory.
Brand safety is about the neighbours
The creative can be perfect and the page still be a problem. Capturing what rendered around it is the whole point, and that only exists on a real request from a real exit.
Ad fraud hides from the obvious viewer
Misrepresented placements behave differently for traffic that looks like monitoring. A consumer exit sees the version sold to consumers.
Rendered pages are heavy
Full render with creatives and trackers is megabytes per check, not kilobytes. At campaign scale that makes price per gigabyte the deciding cost, not price per request.
Setup
Recommended setup
Match the exit to the inventory you bought — this is the one use case where the pool is dictated by the media plan.
| Plan | Role | Session | Targeting | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
ARC Fast Rotating residential | Default for display and web Residential exits in the bought geo, held long enough for the page, its creatives and its trackers to finish loading as one visit. | Sticky, 10 minutes per check | Country + city | €2.00 / GB €1.12 at 1 TB (−44%) |
ARC Mobile Mobile 4G/5G | For inventory bought on mobile Genuine 4G/5G carrier IPs, which is the only way to see a placement targeted at carrier traffic. No city targeting on this pool, so plan checks at country level. | Sticky up to 60 minutes | Country only — DE, GB, US, JP | €3.50 / GB €3.15 at 1 TB (−10%) |
ARC Ultra Premium residential | For premium publishers Our largest premium residential pool, for the publishers where a failed verification run is a client-facing problem. | Sticky per check | Country + city | €3.50 / GB €2.17 at 1 TB (−38%) |

360 GB bought in one purchase at €1.24 / GB (−38% volume rung, applied automatically).
The same 360 GB on ARC Ultra: €882.00 at €2.45 / GB. Route only the jobs that need it through the pricier pool.
Rendered verification is genuinely heavy — this is one of the few workloads where the creative assets, not the HTML, are the bill. Screenshot-only checks at a lower frequency are the usual way to bring it down.
Bandwidth never expires, so a bigger single purchase is only ever cheaper per GB. See the ladder.
