Use case · Lead generation
Proxies for lead generation and B2B data
Building and refreshing a B2B record set means fetching public directories, company sites and listings at a steady rate. One office IP is the bottleneck; a rotating pool turns the same job into a throughput question.

The problem
What goes wrong without the right IPs
The company IP gets limited first
Enrichment runs from one address hit per-IP limits quickly, and the address that gets limited is the one your team also uses for everything else.
Directories are regional
Company registries, trade directories and listing sites rank and filter by the visitor's country. A single collection point gives you one country's view of a market you meant to cover broadly.
Records decay continuously
People change roles and companies move. Enrichment is not a one-off crawl but a refresh cycle, which means the cost of a pass is the cost of the product.
Volume is unpredictable
A big client onboarding is a spike; a quiet month is nearly nothing. A monthly allowance is wrong in both directions, while a balance that does not expire absorbs the spike and waits out the quiet.
Personal data brings obligations
Collecting business contact data in the EU means a lawful basis, a retention policy and a way to honour objections. The proxy does not change any of that — it is your pipeline's responsibility.
Setup
Recommended setup
Directory and company pages are light and rarely need a consumer IP, so the cheapest pool carries most of this.
| Plan | Role | Session | Targeting | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
ARC Basic Rotating ISP | Default for directories and company sites Our lowest price per GB. Company pages, imprints and registry entries are small and plain, which is exactly the shape ARC Basic is cheapest for. | Rotating | Country, optional city | €0.75 / GB €0.59 at 1 TB (−21%) |
ARC Fast Rotating residential | For listing platforms that need a consumer IP Residential exits where a directory treats hosting ranges differently, with a sticky handle so a paginated search stays coherent. | Sticky, 10 minutes per search | Country + city | €2.00 / GB €1.12 at 1 TB (−44%) |

What refreshing 100,000 company records costs
An illustration with round numbers — your pages, payloads and retry rate will differ. The arithmetic is the real price ladder.
Assumptions
- Records
- 100,000
- Pages per record
- 3
- Refresh cadence
- quarterly
- Page weight
- 90 KB, assets blocked
- Bandwidth per refresh pass
- ≈ 27 GB
On ARC Basic
€20.25per refresh pass, excl. VAT
27 GB bought in one purchase at €0.75 / GB (list price).
The same 27 GB on ARC Fast: €51.30 at €1.90 / GB. Route only the jobs that need it through the pricier pool.
Four passes a year bought as one purchase land on a far better rung than four separate ones — and because bandwidth does not expire, buying the year up front costs nothing in flexibility.
Bandwidth never expires, so a bigger single purchase is only ever cheaper per GB. See the ladder.
