What it is

What a isp proxy actually is

An ISP proxy sits between the two other kinds. The address is registered to a consumer internet service provider, so it does not read as a hosting range, but the machine behind it is in a datacentre — which means the throughput and uptime of hosted infrastructure rather than of somebody's home line. For plain HTML fetching at volume, monitors, price feeds and rank tracking, it is usually the right answer and always the cheapest one.

Targeting lives in the username — nothing else changes:

Why this pool

When isp is the right choice

Our lowest price per gigabyte

ARC Basic lists at €0.75/GB and the ladder ends at a fixed €0.59 floor from 1 TB. For workloads that run around the clock, that difference is the difference between affordable coverage and a budget conversation.

Fast and stable

The exits are hosted, not residential, so they behave like infrastructure: consistent latency, no household bandwidth ceiling, no line going down because someone turned off a router.

City targeting included

Unlike most ISP offerings, this one takes the same _country- and _city- tokens as the residential pools — so local rank tracking and regional price checks work without paying residential rates.

Built for jobs that never stop

Uptime checks, change monitoring and price feeds are small pages fetched constantly. Per-gigabyte billing barely notices that shape, and this is the pool it belongs on.

Be aware

What isp is not for

Every pool has a shape. Knowing where this one ends is what stops you buying the wrong thing.

Our smallest pool

Fewer distinct addresses than the residential pools. For high-concurrency work against a single strict target, that is the constraint you will meet first.

Still a datacentre-hosted address

The registration is consumer, the hosting is not. Targets that look past the registration will treat it as infrastructure — which is the point at which you move that target to ARC Fast rather than fighting it.

Not for the strictest marketplaces

If a site is strict enough that a residential IP is genuinely required, an ISP address will not substitute for one. Use ARC Basic for the bulk and route the exceptions up.

Compare

The four products, side by side

All of them run on the same account and the same balance logic. Switching is a token in the username, not a migration.
